Management Team

Alon Barzilay – Co-Founder and CEO

Alon Barzilay co-founded Come2Play in 2007, bringing to the company a rich and diverse business experience. Alon joined forces with Erez Naveh and Yoav Zibin in developing and designing the company’s products.

Alon is responsible for creating the company’s business and marketing strategies, and is deeply involved in all of Come2Play’s business activities, including fund-raising, forming business alliances and negotiating agreements with partners.

Prior to working at Come2Play Alon was co-founder and CEO of ToVTV, a digital TV platform for marketing campaigns for TV operators, whose shareholders include Israel’s largest telecom company, Bezeq.

Erez Naveh – Co-Founder and VP R&D

Erez Naveh leads and manages the development and design activities of Come2Play’s products. He played a major role in overseeing the development team and is in charge of worker supervision and recruitment.

Erez has extensive experience in the Internet world. Prior to co-founding Come2Play, Erez founded and managed web application solution provider Come2Us. He is also the founder of Standards, the Israeli Web Standards Project and is a member of the ISOC-Israeli Internet Association.

Erez is a Microsoft Certified MCSE, and graduated with excellence in animation and 3D studies.

Dr. Yoav Zibin – Co-Founder and CTO

Yoav Zibin heads technological development at Come2Play. He developed the company’s architecture and technology, including the establishment of the servers’ infrastructure and Come2Play’s platform. Yoav brings to Come2Play a wealth of experience in developing Web applications, as well as a strong understanding of the computer and Internet world.

Yoav worked as a researcher and programmer at the Verification Department of the IBM research lab in Haifa, Israel and is a lecturer at the Computer Science Department of the Technion, Haifa.

Yoav holds a PhD, and held a post-doctoral position at the Program Analysis Group of MIT, Mass, USA. He also received the prestigious and valuable CTES Scholarship at University College London (UCL), UK. Yoav received business training in Imperial College, Cambridge, and at the London Business School, where he implemented and evaluated an algorithm for efficient memory management for mobile phones, for licensing to Symbian’s OS.
